Season 1
In a brand new four-part series, eight well-loved but indisputably well worn famous faces take part in a bold and unique experiment to challenge the ageing process. Soap legend and chain smoking actress June Brown, Emmerdale and Coronation Street's Claire King, Mr Catchphrase Roy Walker, party loving EastEnders star Sid Owen, Benidorm's Sherrie Hewson, legendary rock n roller Shaun Ryder, astrologer Russell Grant and takeaway addict Googlebox star Sandra Martin are going to endure an extreme regime to see if they really can turn back time and restore their youthful good looks and all round good health.

Episodes

Episode 1
In episode one, the group of famous faces arrive in beautiful Sardinia and 'The 100 Years Younger Rejuvenation Clinic'. Though the location is heavenly the regime will be hellish, with a extreme diets, brutal exercise and some decidedly unpleasant therapies, which will push the celebrities to their limits.The celebrities underwent exhaustive scientific testing before arriving in Sardinia to determine their face, body and brain ages. This week the professor delivers the results to the group and there are some nasty surprises in store… Can they collectively lose 100 years from their face, body and brain ages, without going under the knife in 21 days?

Episode 2
Episode two sees Britain's leading longevity professor Ian Philp CBE and his team at the 100 Years Younger Rejuvenation Clinic in Sardinia enforce their tough new anti-ageing regime - and it's beginning to take its toll. As nutritionist Thor announces that she is stepping up the body cleanse to a liquid diet, fitness instructor Simone wants to ramp up the exercise. The famous faces will also need to climb a huge Sardinian mountain - literally and metaphorically - by the end of this episode!

Episode 3
The well-known and well-worn subjects learn all about their brains and how it's key to aging well. Mindfulness and meditation exercises are led by Coronation Street stalwart Bill Roache and Sherrie makes an emotional breakthrough. Meanwhile, when nutritionist Thor inspects the famous faces' food selection, some of the celebrities are destined to be unhappy. Elsewhere, June hurts her back, a Cleopatra-style goat milk bath helps nourish the skin, and Shaun gets his nose shrunk.

Episode 4
This week the pressure is on as the well worn famous subjects do everything they can to shave some much needed years off their brain, body and face ages before the Professor reveals their final results.
Shaun gets his nose shrunk. Roy has an accident. Russell attempts to swim and gets sick. And two of the clinics rejuvenation experts believe the subjects won't make the collective target of 100 Years Younger in 21 Days.
