Episode 1
Now Martin Johnsrud Sundby will help Christer Falck, Trine Lise Olsen, Håvard Lilleheie, Sandeep Singh, Agnete Husebye and Jørn Hoel to get in shape. Martin sets up a rigorous training program that will last 16 weeks, and already on the first day the participants face major obstacles.

Episode 2
The six participants are going to the doctor to find out how their health is. And after a couple of hard training weeks, several of them feel pain in their bodies. They must adapt their everyday life to a demanding diet plan, and they must find time for daily exercise.

Episode 3
After six weeks, the participants have made a good start with the training, and are beginning to see progress, both in the gym and in the mirror. It's all about getting all the training sessions that Martin requires, and Jørn in particular finds it difficult to get as much training as he should.

Episode 4
Eight weeks have passed, and the participants will have a mid-term weigh-in with the nutritionist.

Episode 5
After last week's weigh-in, the participants will now receive specially adapted diets and training plans. Martin and Anette meet to make a plan of action for those who struggle the most. Christer loses his spark in training, Håvard has hit the wall in the kitchen, and Jørn gets new training tasks.

Episode 6
The participants have now reached week 11 of the program, and the need for variety in training and activity is becoming apparent. Trine-Lise gets to try kickboxing, and Agnete gets a trip to the ski slope with Martin. The whole gang gets a big boost when Jørn Hoel invites you to a first-class dinner with healthy gourmet food on the menu.

Episode 7
Now 14 weeks have passed, and the participants have really gotten into shape. Now several of them want new challenges, among other things Håvard will get to train with the national wrestling team under the leadership of Stig-André Berge. And Martin gathers the whole gang for one last big joint training session before next week's weigh-in.

Episode 8
The gang has completed 16 weeks of rigorous training, and now everyone will be weighed and measured one last time, to see if they have reached the goals they have set themselves. They are going to a new consultation with Dr Kaveh Rashidi, where they can compare the health results today with the results they had when they started 112 days ago.
