Rachael Ray explores the fun and flavor of the wild west in Jackson Hole, Wyoming. From a magnificent multi-grain waffle to red beans and rice with Elk andouille to grilled Quail, Rachael samples some of the best tastes this mountain town has to offer.

Mount Rushmore, SD
Rachael Ray visits the Black Hills of South Dakota, home to Mount Rushmore, where she samples some monumental meals, like delicious pancakes and buffalo sausage, hearty gumbo, sunflower seed ice cream, and an acorn squash and gruyere cheese gallette.

Ashland, OR
Rachael's in the cultured little town of Ashland, Oregon, which is known for its yearly Shakespeare festival and thriving art community. The stage is set for her to try some delicious polenta pancakes, a roasted vegetable panini, award-winning cheeses, and some lamb meatballs for dinner

Coos Bay
With sweeping capes, peaceful beaches, and stunning ocean views, Rachael checks out the beautiful rugged coastline of Coos Bay. And while the ocean offers up fresh seafood, local bogs in the area offer up fresh ruby red cranberries, all for under $40 a Day

South Beach
Rachael Ray visits sizzling South Beach. Her day starts with a healthy smoothie, then she tries a Cuban sandwich, a refreshing popsicle martini, and a couple of tapas dishes. After all that fun in the sun, Rachael ends her day without burning up her $40 budget.

Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Rachael Ray visits the picturesque beach city of Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. In this newly revitalized town Rachael samples a variety of delicious cuisines, and an exciting airboat tour of the Everglades Holiday park. Fortunately her visit to this water-filled city didn't sink her wallet.

Rachael Ray is visiting San Juan, the capital city of Puerto Rico. She sightsees in the historic old city and tours the Casa Bacardi Visitor's Center. Rachael samples a range of Puerto Rican cuisine. But can Rachael splurge on grilled marlin at dinner and still make her $40 budget?

Antigua
Rachael Ray visits the beautiful Caribbean island of Antigua in the West Indies. The day gets started with a healthy breakfast smoothie. Then for lunch Rachael tries a local favorite, conch salad. Later in the day she cools off with homemade Italian pistachio gelati and for dinner it's spicy green Thai fish curry

New York - Holidays
It's the holiday season in New York City! Join Rachael as she experiences the winter wonderland in her home state and samples tasty dishes at a few of her favorite restaurants. She'll also ice skate with her fiance at Wollman Rink in Central Park, shop for presents at a holiday market in Union Square, check out the Rockefeller Christmas Tree, and admire gorgeous department store holiday window displays. Fortunately, a full day of shopping, skating, and dining in New York City doesn't force Rachael to be a penny-pinching Scrooge, and she'lll end her day under her $40 budget.
