Episode 3
On tonight's show, Mandy, 51 (years old) and son Tim, 26 (years old) from Ammanford, South Wales are hoping they have what it takes to walk away with the jackpot. Mum Mandy says that she's the ‘brains' but is hoping rugby playing son Tim's tactical gameplay will help them secure a place in the final.
Up against the mother and son are longtime friends Mark, 40 (years old) and James, 39 (years old) from Worthing in Sussex & Hove. The pair have been close friends since they were kids, were best men at each other's weddings and even have tattoos of each other on their arms. If they win, Mark is hoping to treat his wife to ballroom dancing lessons, whilst Neil may invest in a new tattoo.
Viewers will also get the chance to play along with the action by downloading the 5 Gold Rings App. They'll be able to answer the exact same questions as the contestants in the studio and also have the chance to see how their scores match up with other players across the country.
