Season 4
The UKTV Original series following the work of the Hazardous Areas Response Team of the Yorkshire Ambulance Service returns as its paramedics respond to accidents and emergencies across the UK's biggest county. Featuring dramatic rescues, critical emergencies and the scenes of serious crime. The programme follows the HART crews on blue lights as they race to save lives in Yorkshire's big cities and remote rural areas.
Episodes
Episode 1
On Hull docks the team are called in after a party of asylum seekers are discovered in a cargo container that arrived on an overnight ferry. There's a massive factory fire and HART must brave toxic smoke filling nearby streets as firefighters battle to find workers.
Episode 2
There's a serious crash in the fog and the team battle to free a trucker trapped in his cab by twisted metal. A bizarre accident in a soft play centre leaves a fun loving dad with a suspected spinal injury.
Episode 3
A biker riding without a helmet crashes and the team launch a desperate fight to save his life as his horrified family look on. A man with a gun barricades himself into a canal boat at HART are called to standby for casualties.
Episode 4
A Lamborghini supercar crashes and bursts into flames leaving two passengers with serious injuries. Also, a patient requiring urgent care leaves the team with an outsized problem.
Episode 5
A car being pursued by police crashes into stationary traffic and HART are called to treat a passenger trapped in her seat with serious injuries. Floodwaters swamp a Yorkshire town but many of the residents won't leave - landing the medics with a dilemma.
Episode 6
A horse rider is hit by a car on a country road, leaving both her and her horse with serious injuries. The centre of Leeds is locked down after a suspicious package is found in a busy market, and the HART medics face a rocky rescue after a young boy falls off a boulder at a local beauty spot.
Episode 7
The HART paramedics race to rescue the passenger of a car involved in a high speed crash but face a mystery as to where some of the other patients have gone. An explosion flattens a row of shops in Bradford and the medics face crossing a fast-flowing river to help a man who's gone missing from home.
Episode 8
A high-speed crash leaves a woman seriously injured and trapped in her crumpled car. Also, a man falls 20 feet through the roof of a Victorian factory.
Episode 9
Yorkshire's HART paramedics race to help a man who has been stabbed in the back with a screwdriver, and there's a fire in a hotel resulting in a desperate search for those inside.
Episode 10
A man is left with a metal spike impaled in his face after a traumatic incident on a construction site, sparking a huge rescue operation. Plus, medics help a man who was hit by a car.
