Ben travels to Northland and learns about wine in the region. He discovers a peanut farm, meets tropical papaya fruit growers and catches up with a team of scientists cultivating kingfish.

It's asparagus season. Ben picks the 3 varieties. He meets a farmer and understands the benefits of grass-fed beef.

Ben checks out a sustainably farmed Green Shell Mussel Farm and visits a peanut butter factory. He travels to Canterbury to meet an ostrich farmer and cooks ostrich for the first time ever!

Ben meets a Gin maker, an Italian charcutier and celebrates a wine maker committed to the principles of sustainable farming.
