Season 1
Episodes
Episode 1
In the first episode, recently-hired CEO Rob Paterson talks about rejuvenating the brand, tasking his team at the company headquarters in York with doubling their membership to 500 hotels in just two years. Meanwhile, hotel inspector Alasdair travels to the Lake District to assess if a newly-signed hotel is up to brand standards.
Episode 2
The CEO tries to instill a new set of values for the team at headquarters, while the sales team attends a hotel conference and struggles with a rival chain's range of drinks. In the east Midlands, a Best Western hotel conveniently located near an airport encounters serious competition from two other chains, and so a new attraction is planned to fend off the rivals.
Episode 3
Sales rep Mark has an ambitious plan to repurpose an old job centre as a hotel, while one of the chain's establishments in Edinburgh's city centre is assessed by a hotel inspector.
