First Taste Of The Real World
Sarah, Xavier and Wei Qi are a trio of friends freshly graduated from university and ready to take on the working world. Between sessions regrouping for their gaming session on Valorant, they intend to prove themselves in their chosen field – Sarah as a food science executive, Xavier as a fledging businessman and Wei Qi as a professional gamer.
Where Opportunities Lie
Opportunities present themselves, but each of the three friends discovers getting ahead has its caveats and sacrifices. Sarah, determined to prove herself to her superiors and her own mother, ropes in a very likely suspect in her plan to climb the corporate ladder. Meanwhile, Wei Qi's acceptance to host sponsored livestreams finds himself duelling with a mysterious troll gamer.
Responsibilities
Sarah tries to convince Xavier – to no avail – to modify his ice cream business concept in order to secure a higher chance of winning the deal with her superiors. As she works with him, she discovers how hard it actually is to negotiate with friends, but also how much effort he's putting into his own brand in order to make it work. Wei Qi's troll goes MIA after his fans barrage them with insults, leading him to worry about them.
The Differences Between
As Sarah and Xavier debate over how to present Xavier's business to her superiors, they realise they've got fundamental differences in what the business means to them. Xavier stands adamant that he will not change his work, leaving Sarah to choose if going against his wishes is worth the potential for more favour from her superiors. Wei Qi extends a listening ear to his troll and discovers they're more than what has met his eye.
Leap
As her quest for career advancement and approval from her superiors comes to a high, Sarah's plan takes a turn when she gives a presentation that will decide the fate of her job and the fate of her friendship with Xavier. Wei Qi meets his troll, and after a few surprises from them decides to spring a surprise of his own on his audience and fans online.
