Chapter 2: Support
Star has been diagnosed with a dozen different conditions. Bekah's brother arrives to take care of her. Jamison's family searches for a specialist.
Chapter 3: Identity
Jake, a young musician, suffers from symptoms associated with Lyme disease. Star undergoes treatment for dystonia. Carmen tours a cellphone-free town.
Chapter 4: The Mind
Pilar, an actress with chemical sensitivities, lives apart from her husband. Jake and Bekah encounter skeptical doctors when they seek emergency care.
Chapter 5: The Cost
Jill, a therapist, takes up to 55 supplements a day. Star's two-week treatment costs $11,000. Pilar's husband gets a second job to cover their expenses.
Chapter 6: Mind & Body
A healer treats Pilar over the phone. Jake and his girlfriend drive 10 hours to a clinic. A friend worries that doctors are taking advantage of Jill.
Chapter 7: Well
Jill considers a $30,000 treatment plan. Bekah gets a new custom home. Pilar, Star and Carmen's health improves, and Jamison and Jake reach milestones.
