Diving
Ten elite athletes representing different sports have gathered to compete in the ultimate sports competition. Excitement mixed with nerves overcomes the athletes as they leave behind family and friends for ten weeks and meet each other for the first time. Michael must train his fellow athletes for the first competition, diving, in only three days.

Gymnastics
It's the second week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Gymnastics is the next sport, and Sydney must train her fellow athletes for the vault competition in only three days. But Fenella gets some shocking news from her doctor.

Equestrian
It's the third week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and Fenella must train her fellow athletes for the Equestrian competition in only three days. Brodie reverts to goofing off while Faith finally finds her groove and her confidence.

Golf
It's the fourth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Haven is appointed sports leader to teach golf. Daniel feels confident having golfed with his dad back home, while Michael deals with an injury.

Skateboarding
It's the mid-way point for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Skateboarding is revealed as the featured sport and Cayde is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. There is an obvious gender divide as the boys are excelling faster than the girls.

Swimming
Sport leader Jasmine must train her fellow athletes for the swimming competition in only three days. Haven swam competitively prior to taking up golf full-time and is an immediate stand-out. Similarly, Michael is no stranger to the pool and is feeling the pressure to medal this week. But a major mistake in the competition proves costly for one of the athletes.

BMX Racing
On week seven of the ultimate sports competition, Marshall must teach the rest of the athletes BMX racing. But the extreme training takes its toll on them both physically and mentally. Brodie's attitude toward the new sport makes the podium harder for him to reach, and Faith's enthusiasm for BMX racing results in a scary moment.

Wakeboarding
It's week eight for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and Daniel has to teach the group wakeboarding for the competition in only three days. Brodie needs to excel this week if he wants a shot at the title of All-Round Champion. Cayde thinks his skateboarding skills will transfer to the new sport easily. And weather conditions play havoc on training and the competition.

Kart Racing
Kart racing is this week's sport and Faith this week's sport leader. She will have to get her fellow athletes competition ready in only three days. Haven struggles to get her pedal to the medals, Jasmine encounters a fiery situation, and Sydney just barely escapes disaster. Engines and emotions run high in a competition filled with twists, turns, and trouble for the athletes.

Kayaking
It's the last week, and the elite athletes are competing in Brodie's sport--kayaking. Brodie must prepare his fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. Daniel is hoping a podium appearance will secure him the title, And Jasmine is desperate for one more medal. The athletes are sad that their adventure is ending, but they are shocked to learn the competition is not over.

Arcathlon
After a shocking announcement at the end of last week's competition, the athletes learn that they must compete in five more events – without training or a mentor/coach. The events are Hurdles, Javelin, Long Jump, 800m race and an old-fashioned Tug of War. Daniel is devastated as he was convinced he was the overall winner, Brodie and Sydney are motivated, Marshall can't believe his luck and rest of the athletes are rejuvenated with hopes that the title of All-Round Champion is still possible.
