Pole Vault
Ten elite athletes representing different sports gather to compete in the ultimate sports competition for the title of All-Round Champion. Excitement and nerves overcome the athletes as they leave behind family and friends for ten weeks and meet each other for the first time. Pole vaulting is revealed as the first sport, and Lacee must train her fellow athletes for the first competition in only three days.
Sports Climbing
It's the second week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Sport climbing is the featured sport, and Siena must train her fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. But conditioning on the wall gets grueling as the athletes learn to chalk, grab, fall, and perform dynos. For Aaron, being at the bottom of the leaderboard is affecting his confidence. Chandra makes a costly mistake.
Inline Racing
It's the third week of the ultimate sports competition for these elite athletes. Inline racing is the new featured sport, and Chandra must train his fellow athletes for the competition in only three days. The week starts off with an adrenaline-fueled activity that none of the athletes knew existed. When it comes to training, the athletes are stunned that there are no brakes on the skates. Jai not only has a hard time with his skates fitting but he also endures a huge setback. The athletes face the most epic competition in ARC history.
Soccer
Soccer is the new featured sport, and Emanuel will have to train his fellow athletes for the team competition in only three days. Carter goes wild during the basics and ends up hurting Gabi, but a surprise twist works in her favor. Jai, having played soccer before, is all confidence this week. During training the athletes work on ball control, footwork, passing, touches, and scoring.
Tennis
It's the fifth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and tennis is the featured sport. Gabi is sport leader and will have to train her fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The only athlete not to medal last week, Emanuel, is feeling the pressure to podium and move up the leaderboard. Perdita is put in a perilous position during the basics. Carter gets frustrated while Siena seeks out extra attention from the sport star. A surprise announcement sparks the athletes' competitive fire.
Track Cycling
It's the sixth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and track cycling is the featured sport. As sport leader, Aaron will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The athletes are overwhelmed by the size and position of the track. With no brakes and no gears, riding the bike isn't as easy as they thought. An accident leads to major competition controversy.
Boxing
It's the seventh week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and boxing is the featured sport. Sport leader Sierra will have to train her fellow athletes for the main event in just three days. Last week's track cycling controversy still lingers but the athletes decide to move on and focus on the upcoming competition. Phoebe can't relate dance to boxing until she has a chat with the sport star. A shocking announcement is made before training is done, and a friendship is tested in the ring.
Dance
It's the eighth week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition, and dance is the featured sport. Sport leader Phoebe must train her fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. Although nerves, embarrassment, and lack of confidence are swirling among the athletes, Jai is having a blast. Yet two breakdowns occur prior to competition which leads to a surprise at the podium.
Trampoline
It's the penultimate week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. Trampoline is revealed as the featured sport and Jai is deemed the Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. The prank war continues as Emanuel is desperate for payback. The athletes are in awe of Jai and the Sport Star's abilities on the trampoline as they begin to put the pieces together for their routine. Carter is motivated to put last week behind him, Aaron is desperate to remain on the podium and Chandra blames a bad back on his disappointing attitude. Disaster strikes during competition for one athlete and a surprise awaits the athletes again at Podium.
Gymnastics
It's the last week for the elite athletes competing in the ultimate sports competition. And before the All-Round Championship Belt is awarded, Gymnastics is revealed as the featured sport and Carter is deemed the last Sport Leader and will have to train his fellow athletes for the competition in just three days. An ARC fan favorite returns and so is the Advantage this week, but only Sierra is excited for it. With the Leaderboard as close as it is, the pressure on the athletes to perform is paramount. They are put through a rigorous training regime to prepare them for a routine on the uneven bars in the Competition. Emanuel shows off his muscles, mustard is debated as a condiment and Aaron has a mini breakdown before the Competition. Surprises abound at the podium including another returning fan favorite.
Arcathlon
Still reeling from Sierra earning fifty points for her gold medal performance in Gymnastics, the athletes continue their quest for the title of All-Round Champion in the Arcathlon. Five of the wettest and wildest events will test the athletes speed, accuracy, teamwork, endurance and fearlessness. Aaron goes into the Arcathlon as the ultimate underdog, Sierra has a huge target on her back, Lacee is within striking distance, Gabi has her sights on the championship belt and Emanuel just doesn't want to finish last in the overall competition. Carter's courage comes into question. The winner of All-Round Champion is crowned.
