Transformation in Milford, CT
Eric is in historic Milford, Connecticut, one of the oldest communities in America. With growing family needs, homeowners Andrew and Rachael need extra space for a home office for Rachael, an area to homeschool their young child and space for guests to sleep when visiting from out of town. Eric and his team open up their dusty, unused attic and turn it into a loft creating extra space for Andrew and Rachael's needs. Additionally, Eric removes the old staircase to create extra space, replacing it with a spiral staircase that leads up to the loft from the second floor below.

Amazing Space for Grace
Eric travels to the beautiful boating and fishing town of Rowayton, CT, to help make a woman's cramped farmhouse more spacious. The team starts by creating a floating staircase before removing the chimney and replacing it with a kitchen peninsula. They'll finish the job by adding a fireplace with a TV inset as well as a special feature just for her dog.

Transforming a Second Floor
Eric visits South Weston, CT, where he meets a couple that needs more personal space. The team starts by constructing a bathroom for the master suite and moving the laundry room to the upstairs level. They refurbish old items from the shed and finish the project with a surprise storage bench for the couple's winter boots.

Hockey Player's Basement
Eric travels to Darien, CT, where he meets a couple that wants to turn their basement into a hockey rink for their athletic sons. The team takes the idea a step further by converting a portion of the basement into an entertainment media center and a study for the kids. Before the project is completed, Eric will also renovate the laundry room to make it more accessible and organized.

Irish Pub Hideaway
Eric visits his hometown of Shippan, CT, where he meets with a couple in dire need of their own space separate from their daughter and her friends. After getting inspiration at a local pub, Eric transforms their basement into an incredible Irish-influenced tavern perfect for getting away from the kids.

A Garage Becomes a Bathroom
Eric travels to Norwalk, CT, to help homeowners expand their house. The couple loves the location in a town known for its tourist attractions and beaches but their single-story ranch home has cramped bathrooms and closets. Eric and his team step in to demolish the garage wall creating the necessary space to create a fabulous master bathroom and spacious walk-in closet.

Raising the Roof
Eric visits Trumbull, CT, where a gawky kitchen-garage transition room vexes a couple of homeowners. The team gets started by raising the flooring, installing a skylight, putting in new cabinetry and a bringing in a flat screen TV. When they finish, the old and ugly eyesore will have transformed into a beautiful den and proper mudroom.

Lioness
