Satoshi Onoe, a reporter who works for the magazine "DASH! Weekly", gets transferred to the stakeout team by the editor-in-chief. Not only that, but he also has to partner up with his arch-rival Kaburaki Motoharu!

In order to get a more dramatic shot, Onoe and Kaburagi come up with new tactics, and Onoe inadvertently discovers Kaburagi's softer side.

Episode 3
Onoe and Kaburagi are tasked with investigating a legislator's tax evasion, but during the assignment Onoe falls into danger! Will Kaburagi be able to rescue him in time?

Episode 4
Facing Kaburagi's confession of love and a kiss, Onoe wants to know how Kaburagi actually feels. At the same time, the pair begin investigating a potential celebrity scandal involving a man and woman with a twenty-year age gap.

Episode 5
In order to get dirt on Inami Kei, Onoe gets closer and closer to his target, but this makes Kaburagi concerned.

Episode 6
Onoe and Kaburagi investigate Inami Kei and his involvement in trafficking actresses into the adult film industry, but how will they expose the truth of the situation?

Episode 7
When Onoe ventures alone into a crime syndicate to collect evidence, Kaburagi is deeply displeased with him, to the point that he decides to break things off with Onoe.

Episode 8
It's been a while since Onoe and Kaburagi have interacted beyond a surface level, but the two of them have managed to resolve their issues. But will they ever work together again?
