America's Funniest Home Videos kicks off its 17th season with all-new animal antics, practical jokes and hilarious footage of what happens when adults, children and even inanimate objects are at their spontaneous best. The season premiere will also mark the beginning of a year-long promotion, the AFV Dream Vacation Sweepstakes, with magical Disney vacations awarded throughout the year, and a final Grand Prize dream vacation to three Disney destinations awarded in the season finale.

Hilarious wedding bloopers, what happens when grandpa gets a lightning bug lodged in his belly button, and a lucky dog catches a really big fish in a river.

The joy of victory and the agony of defeat are featured in a montage of tennis and ping pong mishaps. Also, comical clips of a pastor who passes out in the middle of a wedding ceremony, a baby who has a funny reaction to oatmeal, and some kids who decide to wax their dad's back.

Highlights include a boy who does a cannonball into the water tank he's about to be baptized in, amazing trick basketball shots, Tom's home movies and someone who takes drive-thru shopping to the extreme -- when they actually drive through the window of a store.

AFHV: Halloweenies highlights the hilarious horrors of the spookiest night of the year, including the unsuspecting being scared by people in frightening costumes.

AFHV salutes Yankee Doodle Dorks, celebrating the nincompoops who make America great. Clips include a homemade rocket that shoots off into a man's groin; what happens when an enlisted man learns his wife is expecting twins; a montage of goofs from America's sport, baseball, and funny footage of America's kids -- including one baby who laughs hysterically every time mom says the word peas.

Six contestants compete for the first $100,000 prize of the season, and only lucky viewer at home will win a magical Disney vacation, a Mediterranean Cruise for four aboard Disney Cruise Lines, in the AFV Dream Vacation Sweepstakes.

AFHV celebrates the holidays and the fiascos that can only happen while spreading Christmas cheer. Clips include a Santa performer falling down the stairs and off the stage, Christmas lights falling off the house just as they're turned on and a Christmas tree toppling a dinner table.

AFHV takes a look at outrageous water sports and harebrained animals. Clips include a kneeboarder skidding onto shore, a seagull eating four hotdogs quickly, a squirrel doing a handstand and a man flipping and flying off a jet ski.

AFHV blasts off with a celebration of nincompoops, exercise routines and one poorly aimed rocket. Clips include a bodybuilder doing a flip off the stage during his performance, a man swinging on a rope over a lake and into a rock, a boy falling off a treadmill and a rocket landing on a parked car.

This installment features close encounters of the animal kind when a cheetah almost tumbles through the sunroof of a car at an animal park and a party-pooping dog attacks the birthday piata, plus a teenager gets a pumpkin stuck on his head.

Final destination will be a trip to the Walt Disney World(r) Resort, where the winner will spend a night in the newly-created Cinderella Castle Suite inside the Magic Kingdom(r) Park.
