The team gets off to a rocky start as Elise's city sensibilities clash with her colleagues' laid-back mountain attitudes. Their first clients are a trio of fun-loving best friends looking to do anything but ski. Meanwhile, things quickly snowball for Elise, Kendra and Charlotte when their hungover client panics on a gondola during a surprise gourmet excursion.
