Keith and Evan take on a beautiful house in a traditional Detroit neighborhood that needs work from the framing up. Halfway through the renovation, however, they run into a major setback when the city places a demolition order on the house.

The Rustic Cozy Cabin
Keith and Evan have their hands full as they take on a decrepit house filled with auto parts and old tires. Inspired by the chaos, Keith decides to take the reno in a cozy direction with a rugged style to create an enviable, cabin-style home.

The Disco and Temple Houses
Keith and Evan transform two dilapidated Detroit houses right next door to each other. Taking cues from details in both homes, the duo turns one into a 1970s disco paradise and the other into a Zen temple fit for the most devout meditation enthusiast.

The Classic Detroit House
Keith and Evan tackle a decrepit 1920s house with plenty of original details and hidden charm inside. The vintage vibe inspires Keith to incorporate classic Detroit styles throughout the design, combining old and new to create a city-chic throwback home.

The Physics House
The boys take on a desolate house that Evan has gifted Keith for his birthday. Inspired by Evan's impressive background in physics, Keith seizes the opportunity to push the laws of nature and design to create a truly stunning and scientific dream home.

The Future House
Keith and Evan take on a decrepit house from Detroit's past that they hope to turn into a shining beacon of the city's sustainable and renewable future. Using eco-conscious materials, their design includes cork, reclaimed wood and a few tech surprises.

The Windsor Balmoral House
Keith and Evan take on a desolate duplex and transform it into a single-family dream home. With classy details throughout, Keith sees this as the perfect opportunity to take inspiration from across the pond and create a chic, English countryside escape.

The Forest House
Keith and Evan buy a home littered with debris and branches and feel they may be landscaping indoors during demo. However, Keith finds a few treasures that inspire him to create a forest-chic design that incorporates the best that nature has to offer.

The Scandinavian House
Keith and Evan purchase a dilapidated home and turn it into a neutral Nordic paradise. With setbacks that send the budget spiraling, the house turns into one of their most difficult but most beautiful homes yet, evoking the spirit of Scandinavian design.

The Boys House
Keith and Evan have a change of pace and tackle a renovation to create their own dream home in the heart of Detroit. With a few setbacks, the team dreams up a lofty plan all while renovating their other houses throughout the block.

The Italian House
Keith and Evan tackle a crumbling home to create a gorgeous Italian countryside oasis. They're looking to create an old country feel in their design, and so they enlist the expertise of good friends Dave and Jenny Marrs to bring the whole theme to life.
