Boardwalk Bites
Summertime is the best time of year -- the sun, the fun and especially the food! To find out which American coast does summer food the best, Chef Antonia Lofaso kicks off the ultimate beachside brawl. Chefs Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson lead their coastal teams of four chefs in the first challenge, taking on some of the most iconic summer food ever: boardwalk bites. Guest judge Noah Cappe decide which chef's time at the beach has come to an end.
Seafood Shack
The beachside battles continue as Antonia Lofaso challenges the chefs to created dishes that focus on the one protein that's inseparable from coastal cuisine: seafood. Chefs Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson kick things off with a one-on-one battle to see who can make the best handheld seafood item. Then, the teams throw down, each making their coast's version of a seafood feast on a budget. Guest judge Sabin Lomac decides which chef gets sent home.
4th of July Party
There are sure to be fireworks as Antonia Lofaso challenges the chefs to create delicious summer eats that revolve around America's biggest summer holiday, the 4th of July. For the first battle, chef-mentors Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson lead their teams to create the ultimate burger. Then, the chefs with the least successful burgers have to battle for survival by making a grilled family feast for judge Jeremy McBryde.
Summer Sweets
It's time for some sweet summer treats! First, Antonia Lofaso challenges chef-mentors Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson to team up with a chef of their choosing to make their best hot and cold duo. Then, the chefs participate in a boardwalk bake sale, feeding not only the judges but also some lucky folks on the pier. In the end, guest judge Stephanie Boswell helps send one chef home with a salty taste in their mouth.
Yacht Living
Ahoy matey! The brawl moves dockside as Antonia Lofaso challenges the remaining chefs to create dishes fit for a day out at sea. Chef-mentors Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson lead their chefs in a team challenge to make a decadent brunch, followed by an individual challenge to create a romantic dinner. In the end, guest judge Ben Robinson makes one chef walk the plank right out of the competition.
Tropical Paradise
With the ultimate summer getaway on the line, Antonia Lofaso challenges the remaining chefs to put their best spin on tropical beach food. First, the chefs and their chef-mentors Tiffani Faison and Brooke Williamson flip a classic tropical drink into a beachside meal. In the final battle, the last two chefs standing must create a dinner using ingredients from their dream destination. Guest judges Tim Hollingsworth and Rashida Holmes decide which coast's chef has proven that it has the best beach food and deserves to be crowned Best of the Beach.
