Buckinghamshire
Charlie works with Buckinghamshire couple, Jan and Neil. They face the difficult task of marrying up their 400-year-old thatched cottage with a stunning, contemporary, three-arched extension and agreeing on differences of opinion about how the rooms are used and key finishing touches. In Hertfordshire, Sophie has to help first-time renovators Hazel and Lawrence find compromises between their two very different style visions as they transform their three-bed semi into a luxurious family home.

Buckinghamshire & Surrey
In Buckinghamshire, Charlie Luxton helps Leena and David face the issues and dilemmas of their large, two-storey extension. And property developer Sophie Morgan heads to Surrey, where mother and daughter Claire and Liz are embarking on the transformation of a beautiful but dilapidated 18th century property.

East Sussex & Essex
In this episode, Sophie heads to Hertfordshire to help Colin and Charlotte as they race to extend their charming end-of-terrace cottage before they tie the knot. The couple have very different ideas about what kind of kitchen to have and which garden doors to select. It's up to Sophie to get them singing from the same hymn sheet.

South London and Hertfordshire
Charlie Luxton and Sophie Morgan help homeowners resolve their crucial design dilemmas. This time, Charlie is in south London with architect Supriya and operations manager Siddhartha - who have the tricky task of extending their home while managing the twin relationships of husband and wife and architect/client. Sophie heads to Hertfordshire, to join a couple who face a race against time to extend their charming end of terrace cottage before they tie the knot.

East Sussex and Cambridgeshire
Charlie Luxton travels to the south coast to assist East Sussex couple Jen and Ian, who can't agree on key design decisions - from lighting to kitchen design - as they add a contemporary extension to their beautiful Victorian villa. In Cambridgeshire, Sophie Morgan helps Frankie and Nick, who must resolve issues concerning a facelift for their 1960s home.

Cotswolds and South London
In the Cotswolds, Charlie Luxton helps Lydia and Lawrence as they plan extensions at either end of a charming two-bed cottage. With Lydia an architect and Lawrence a project manager, it's no surprise they have strong opinions on design. In south London, Sophie Morgan helps Dave and Mary with the finishing touches to an eye-catching glazed extension.

Stafford & Surrey
Architectural designer Charlie Luxton and property developer Sophie Morgan come to the rescue with more ambitious building projects. On the outskirts of Stafford, Charlie's meets Mark and Eryn, who are turning a disused chapel into a fantastic family home. In Surrey, Sophie is helping Mike and Jayne, who don't see eye to eye about the latest smart home gadgets.

Essex
In Norfolk, future proofing their home is the name of the game for retired couple Stephen and Julia. But can architectural designer Charlie Luxton help them reach an agreement about how best to do so? In Essex, Sophie Morgan offers advice on a flooring dilemma for Liesa and Keith, as they knock down their bungalow and build a new three bed bespoke home.

Cambridgeshire and Norfolk
Charlie helps out with one of his biggest and most testing builds to date, that requires all of his architectural and design experience. Sophie's challenge is all about the vital finishing touches as she helps out with the creation of a luxurious kitchen/diner extension.
