Two restaurants specializing in unique service models face off. The Church Key in Los Angeles entertains diners with its dim sum and drink carts, while Restaurant Jezebel in Austin promises customized menus for its diners. Will the restaurants live up to their creative concepts?

Operated by Couples
R House in Miami is the passion project of a veteran chef and his new husband and features globally inspired cuisine. Barlata Tapas Bar is run by another married couple who has brought authentic Spanish cuisine to Austin. Will the love in these globally-inspired restaurants translate into their performance?

Battle of the Burger
Two restaurants nationally known for their amazing burgers face off. Porter Ale House in Austin was built by three friends all passionate about high-end pub fare that have curated one of the best beer menus in the state. Tongue & Cheek in Miami has become famous for its delicious dishes and whimsical craft cocktails. In the end, whose burger will reign supreme?

European Inspired
Little Sparrow, a french-inspired bistro in the small community of Santa Ana, California, is the passion project of a married couple who rallied the community to help fund the restaurant. L'Apicio in New York serves up Italian dishes with first class hospitality and spiciness to boot. Consistency and communication are key at both of these restaurants serving European fare.

Fast Casual Dining
Two restaurants specializing in high-end cuisine in a casual atmosphere battle it out. Morgan's BBQ serves up authentic Texas barbecue in the heart of Brooklyn. Miami trendsetter Buns & Buns is winning fans over with globally-inspired, high-quality ingredients, dishes and specialty breads.

Seasonal Menus
Two restaurants with intimate dining rooms, seasonal menus, and a passion for nose-to-tail cooking face off. The Pines from Brooklyn, New York is run by a young crew with serious chops. Across the country in Pasadena, California, a veteran chef is drawing diners with his seasonal Italian menu.

Semifinal Round 1
Four winning restaurants return to compete in the semifinals, but they are in for a twist when they find out the semifinal round in reality started weeks ago when secret diners were sent to investigate all of the restaurants. It is sudden death as two restaurants are eliminated from the competition on the spot while the remaining two are tasked to create pop-up restaurants representing the next evolution of their concepts in 24 hours.

Semifinal Round 2
The remaining four winning restaurants arrive to discover the competition has already commenced as a new group of secret diners visited all of the restaurants. In a second round of immediate elimination, two restaurants are sent home from the competition on the spot.

Finale
The competition to find the Best New Restaurant comes to a head as the last two restaurants standing face off. Each visits their competition to experience a dinner service and see what tricks the other is bringing to the table. Back in New York, both establishments do battle at Tom Colicchio's restaurant River Park and serve their best 4 course meals to a room packed full of VIP diners. In the end, one restaurant will win $100,000, an editorial feature in Bon Appétit, a featured spot at America's number one global food festival, Vegas Uncork'd by Bon Appétit 2015, and the title of Best New Restaurant.

The Floor is a physical quiz show that sees 81 contestants face off in quiz duels on a giant LED floor divided into a 9×9 grid of squares, each representing its own field of knowledge.
The first challenger, selected at random, must choose one of his or her neighboring opponents to go head-to-head in an epic quiz duel in the opponent's category. The winner takes over the loser's square, gaining valuable ground as they expand their territory, while the loser exits the game. The winner must then choose – do they continue on and attempt to secure another square? Or do they let The Floor choose a new challenger? The last contestant standing who gains full control over The Floor takes home a life-changing $250,000 cash prize.

In Hell's Kitchen, aspiring chefs are put through an intense culinary academy to prove they possess the right combination of ingredients to win a life-changing grand prize.

Guy's Grocery Games
In each episode of Guy's Grocery Games, four talented chefs compete in a number of challenges as they navigate their way through the aisles of a grocery store, adhering to "real-world" obstacles. Whether it is shopping on a budget, substituting out-of-stock ingredients or grabbing groceries at closing time, each chef has to shop, prepare, and plate three different dishes using whatever they can pull off the shelves. Ultimately, the food does the talking, as one-by-one the losing chefs "check out," by a rotating panel of judges that includes Melissa d'Arabian, Richard Blais, G. Garvin, Troy Johnson, Catherine McCord, Aarti Sequeira, among others. The last chef standing goes on a shopping spree of a lifetime worth up to $20,000!
