A couple turns to Marnie to help them transform their shabby A-frame retreat into a beautiful family beach home. But when Marnie discovers the house is held up by broken cinderblocks, she must use her creativity and a little help from her dad to bring the house back to life.

The Beach Gut
A couple transports a 60-year-old house to a plot of land near the beach in the hopes it can be transformed into the perfect beach getaway. It's up to Marnie and her team to completely renovate the retired home while keeping the rustic charm and integrity from the 1960s.

Captain's Paradise
A couple with deep roots in the historic town of Bethany Beach, Delware, decides to buy a classic beach cottage a block away from the water. While the location is perfect, the interior of the home has structural flaws and an awkward layout unfit for the former ship captain and his wife. It's up to Marnie and her team to ensure that the character of the beach cottage remains intact as she incorporates a maritime feel into this beach paradise.

Flood-Ridden to Fabulous
Due to the layout of their property, Tom and Kim's spacious backyard in Bethany Beach, Delaware, gets overrun by flooding during thunderstorms. They enlist Marnie to make the yard flood-proof and transform the impractical space into a stunning outdoor living area.

Big Family, Bigger Beach Home
A couple's Dewey Beach, Delaware home has become a cramped space in desperate need of reconfiguration as their family continues to grow. With a new open-concept layout, Marnie aims to preserve the integrity of the house while improving the flow and maximizing space for this growing family.

Beauty and the Beach
A couple's townhouse overlooks the Bethany Beach shoreline, and while the view can never get old, the inside remains dated and awkward. Marnie attempts to update the home, but the discovery of water damage may affect her ability to make the most of its dazzling view.

Karen's 30-year-old canal-side home has an enormous backyard and attractive deck area, but its choppy 1980s layout and awkward additions aren't functional for entertaining. Marnie has big plans for this already vast beach home, including a complete indoor and outdoor kitchen renovation and new open-concept layout that will be perfect for large family gatherings.

Being close to the water in South Bethany, Delaware means unwanted wear and tear on Jay and Christine's back deck. They enlist Marnie to update and renovate the space by adding a stunning new outdoor shower, state-of-the-art outdoor kitchen and entertaining areas for all.

From Soaked to Saved
A couple has invested in a 50-year-old abandoned home in Dewey Beach, Delaware. They decide to hand the reins over to Marnie in the hopes she'll turn the fixer-upper into a safe vacation destination for their two boys. The crew runs into unexpected water damage and structural mishaps along the way, but Marnie's creativity transforms the soaked-through home into a beach beauty.

Boxed In at the Beach
Chris and Danielle's cottage in Bethany Beach, Delaware, is too cramped for their family of five. Marnie attempts to convert the wasted deck space and bare backyard into a spacious beach escape, but an unlucky pipe break brings renovation to a halt.

A determined couple has found a 1960s gem of a beach home with a rare design element: a unique breezeway running through its center! While some may view the home as a teardown, the couple is serious about preserving its classic look and expanding upon the unique breezeway. Marnie faces one of her toughest challenges yet as she attempts to create a modern, fresh look without altering the structural design of the house. Along the way, Marnie and her crew run into issues the aging house has developed over time, like rotting posts under the back porch. Marnie must tackle the 50-year-old layout and transform this unique beach home into a fun space the family can enjoy for years to come.

Save It or Sell It
A couple loves Lewes, Delaware, and the cheerful home they own there, but their two daughters have outgrown the space. Now, the family's torn between selling the house or renovating it. Can Marnie expand the lovely beach home without losing its historic charm?
