This week, Stoke chef Biggie is on a mission to open his own super-sized restaurant. With his unique ‘Zamgolan' flavours and even bigger wise-cracking personality, Biggie is proving a hit with customers in the local area. Away from the stove, Biggie's family makes sure he is kept well fed and well looked after. Food and family are going swimmingly for Biggie — but what about things with his girlfriend Stevie? She feels like she's become a side order to Biggie's main dish of cracking the restaurant game. Can Biggie patch things up? Meanwhile, Rotherham father-of-two Wayne is no ordinary stay-at-home dad. He's an internet sensation, as his ‘Big Chubby' videos spreading positivity about being plus-sized have made him an online star. But it's not all laugh a minute for Wayne, because his fibromyalgia illness means he's confined to his house a lot and can't play with his two doting daughters. Luckily, his wife Paula has come up with a clever way of getting him out and about to conquer his fears — a family day out with Wayne on his own mobility scooter. Finally, we catch up with Manchester best mates Jo and Nat. After the success of their beach bikini photo shoot that helped online sales, they've decided to open up their own flagship shop. But getting footfall to the new boutique is proving difficult, and the duo decide they need to drum up some interest with another viral stunt to get the masses interested. They're off to a theme park to film some content, but getting into some of the rides is proving a bit of a challenge!

Episode 4

This week, Liverpudlian plus-sized bridal business owner Marisa is always super busy keeping her expanding client base happy. But she's about to finally find the time to go through a life-changing procedure… she's going to remove a gastric band she had fitted in Belgium years ago. She went down from a size 24 to, at its lowest, a size 6. But with the band giving her complications, Marisa is excited about getting it removed and going back to her natural size — will the surgery be a success? Meanwhile, People Just Do Nothing actor George Keywood has had to put his wedding plans on hold as fiancée Sienna's family haven't been able to make it over from her native Australia. George has come up with a cunning plan, though, to make up for the disappointment. On the day that was meant to be the wedding day, George has decided to sweep Sienna off her feet… and give his vows to her on a boat on the River Thames. But getting onto the boat is proving choppy for George, and the weather isn't helping either. Will his big surprise turn into a washout? Finally, we are back with Manchester best friends Jo and Nat, who are aiming to conquer the plus-sized fashion world. Business is picking up at their new shop, but Jo's love life is suffering as a consequence. Jo and girlfriend Amy are like ships in the night due to Jo pouring everything into making the shop a success. So Jo decides to take Amy away for a romantic weekend — will her big gesture help smooth things over?
