He also visits the William Ricketts Sanctuary, an area designed as a merging of Aboriginal and western cultures.

Perth and Adelaide
This week the comedian is in Adelaide and Perth. He meets an aboriginal artist, some marsupials, and goes swimming with dolphins. There's also a look at Connolly's preparation for a show, and a surprise birthday party.

He sees underground homes equipped with bars and swimming pools, meets desert golfers who tee-off from a portable strip of Astroturf, and samples the delights of the outback kitchen.

Darwin
The final programme sees Connolly in Darwin. Tiwi Aborigines provide him with a crash course in real bush tucker, such as mud crabs, mangrove worms and barbecued lizard, and he also searches for crocodiles on the Adelaide river.
