O'S**t's visit to court brings his baby mamas together for a family gathering that ends in broken tables and broken promises. Ceaser and Puma's 15-year friendship comes to a shocking end when Puma oversteps his boundaries.
Dutchess Ink
Ceaser and Dutchess are missing in action and the lights are out (literally) at Black Ink! O'S**t has a "dope-ass" tattoo to do for a loyal client and is psyched to make some much-needed "lawyer money."
No Structure to the Madness
In the wake of Sassy's dramatic departure, Ceaser is left to wonder if the joke, and Dutchess' attitude, have gone too far. Ted decides to sit down with Ceaser's Baby Mama, Crystal, to see if he can talk some sense into her.
These Are Minions!
Ceaser meets with a potential new (female) employee, who is quickly shot down by the reigning queen of the shop, Dutchess. Puma tells Alex some news that could lead to civil war within the Black Ink Crew.
The Year of the Puma
When Dutchess tells Ceaser the news about Puma's new tattoo shop, he is shocked and hurt by his friend's betrayal. Meanwhile, Puma receives a civic award and announces his big news at a local Harlem event.
You're a Wreck!
AIDS activist Maria Davis visits Dutchess at the shop for an HIV/AIDS Awareness tattoo and the entire crew is moved by her strength and personal story. Puma defends Sassy from a rowdy group in Central Park that ends in a fight.
I Did Not Sleep with That Woman!
Dutchess and Ceaser wonder if the stress of their relationship is affecting their success. When Ted and Ceaser decide to take a trip across town to surprise Puma at his new shop the tension is palpable.
Something in the Water
O'S**t reaches new "baby mama" heights when he reveals that he has yet another child on the way. When Ceaser finds out that Dutchess met with an ex-boyfriend, he loses his cool and deserts her at his family BBQ.
Have Several Seats
In the wake of Dutchess and Ceaser's fight, Ceaser is left confused about their future together and escapes to Puma's bachelor party. Kathy comes to Black Ink for a tattoo from O'S**t, attempting to get some closure and move on.
You Got Some Stupid Ears
Puma decides to invite Ceaser to his wedding on the condition that he leaves Dutchess at home. Walt's frustrating search comes to an end when a letter arrives at the shop with information about his father.
Tell the Truth and Shame the Devil
O'S**t's baby mamas, Coley and Kathy, face each other for the first time since their violent "family meal". Ceaser is torn between his friends and his woman as Dutchess reacts negatively to not being invited to Puma's wedding.
S**t Happens
When O'S**t reappears at the shop, Walt tears into him about friendship and responsibility. After fighting in Jamaica, Dutchess runs from the resort and, unbeknownst to Ceaser, ends up collapsing in the parking lot.
From Wedlock to Headlock
O'Sh**t's baby mama #1, Kathy, loses her cool after he reveals his intentions with Anya, baby mama #3. Meanwhile, there's trouble in paradise as Puma confronts his future mother-in-law moments before the wedding.
Cease and Desist
When Dutchess returns to town, post heart surgery, she and Ceaser face each other for the first time since their break-up in Jamaica. Puma throws a grand opening party for his new shop, Ink 124.
We All Got Problems
O'S**t learns some unsettling information about his case. Dutchess makes a surprise appearance at Walt's baby shower where she tries to make amends with Puma. While Dutch is working late, Ceaser makes an unexpected decision.
The Break-Up
After getting caught cheating on Dutchess, Ceaser shows up at her apartment to get his things and is shocked to see the cops there. O S**t asks Puma to go ring shopping. Dutchess hosts a girl's night out and invites Sassy.
Baby Mama Role Call
Ceaser faces Dutchess for the first time since she kicked him out of the apartment. In an effort to help meld his expanding family, O'S**t brings all three of his baby mamas together but Anya has no intention of making nice.
Finale
Black Ink throws Sky, the "Queen of the Mixxy's", a birthday party. Dutchess decides to go under the knife and shows up at Sky's party with her new boobs. Cease and Puma come up with an idea that can change Black Ink's future.
