But in the investigation everything changes when Valter is found in the lifeless residential. At the site Maria notices the tattoo of two street kids. This one is just like one of Carlitos. She manages to convince them to talk to her about everything they know about Carlitos. Maria tries to convince the boss to follow the line of investigation with everything she managed to find out from the street kids, but he refuses. Maria is frustrated.

Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
