Return of the documentary going behind the scenes of the airport. A pilot requires police help with a very disgruntled passenger, fire engines give a bath to a Boeing 777, and new airline Rwandair deals with some very charming travellers.
Episode 2
Storm Eunice wreaks havoc at Heathrow airport, as staff deal with a deluge of delays and unhappy passengers, and also try to deter debris from hitting the runway. Elsewhere, passenger experience manager Harry has to deal with a breach of security that affects hundreds of passengers jetting off on holiday.
Episode 3
Police mount a special operation across the airport, and passenger experience manager Taz rushes to the aid of a passenger on her way to Warsaw who takes a tumble on an escalator. Elsewhere, a five-star airline tries to make a comeback with its business class.
Episode 4
Police detain a passenger whose bag is suspected to contain three firearms, Virgin has a launch party for their new route to the live music capital of the world - Austin, Texas, and passenger experience manager Hannah rushes to the aid of a seasoned traveller who takes a funny turn.
Episode 5
Holidays are put on hold tonight, as it's the Queen's Jubilee and Heathrow is entertaining 72 military aircraft flyby 5,500 feet above its runway. With the airspace closed to commercial flights for 20 minutes, passengers waiting to board their flights have a ringside view of the red arrows billowing out their coloured smoke above the terminals on their way to Windsor Castle.
Episode 6
A technical hitch arises when an A380 lands, and six times the regular number of cleaners are needed to help meet a tight schedule ahead of take-off. A suspicious looking substance is spotted by security when a bag is scanned through cutting-edge technology that's being trialled at the airport, while Passenger Experience Manager Suki helps a taxi driver who's doubled over in pain with a trapped nerve.

Wild Cards
Wild Cards follows the unlikely duo of a gruff, sardonic cop and a spirited, clever con woman. Ellis, a demoted detective, has unfortunately spent the last year on the maritime unit, while Max has been living a transient life elaborately scamming everyone she meets. But when Max gets arrested and ends up helping Ellis solve a local crime, the two are offered the opportunity to redeem themselves, with Ellis going back to detective and Max staying out of jail. The catch? They have to work together, with each using their unique skills to solve crimes. For Ellis, that means hard-boiled shoe leather police work; for Max, it means accents, schemes and generally befriending everyone in sight, while driving Ellis absolutely nuts. Against the backdrop of beautiful Vancouver — with all its unique, charming, and even contradictory neighbourhoods and subcultures — the two will have to learn what it means to trust another person and maybe actually become partners.
