Brokers John and Mary head to Windsor to view a £30million mansion on behalf of a French Moroccan socialite who cannot travel due to Covid-19 restrictions. Back at the office, Shereen is mentoring junior broker Leena on a search for her buyer, Anastasia, who wants to swap her property portfolio from Russia to London.

UK Sotheby's International Realty broker Lee is trying to sell one of his exclusive listings, the £17.5million Huxley House on London's Bishops Avenue - more commonly known as Billionaire's Row - while company boss Guy Bradshaw invites a group of mortgage brokers over to south London to see the ultimate family home, boasting six bedrooms, an entertainment suite, a gym, wine cellar and a price tag of £10.25million. In Mayfair, Polina tries to find a home for shoe-making fashionista Karl Chu. He wants a three-bedroom bachelor pad with plenty of space for shoes - and a cigar terrace.

The company's UK director Jason is determined to bag a very personal listing, Otterburn Castle in Northumberland, which was once owned by his great-great-great-great-grandfather - and pulling out all the stops, he even brings along his mum to convince the current owner that he is the broker for the job. Constance tries to find a London penthouse with a great view for Italian first-time buyers Alessandro and Ilenia, while John takes on a stunning property in the Surrey hills which was featured in Beauty and the Beast and Star Wars.

John from the country office has a £3.6million Arts and Crafts-style south coast seaside mansion to sell, Polina is listing a new central London penthouse worth £4.5million - so new that it is not even on the market yet - and company owner Guy is in Barbados to view a $40million beachside property where the rich and famous have stayed. Amber is keen to win one of London's most expensive properties, a £75million Knightsbridge home that once belonged to prima ballerina Margot Fonteyn.
