Pilot
Michael Westen, a spy, is "burned" while on assignment in Nigeria. Dumped in his hometown of Miami, with no money or resources to his name, Michael agrees to help a man accused of stealing valuables from his employer's home.

Identity
Laura, one of Madeline's friends, was scammed and beaten up by a con artist. Michael agrees to help Laura at Madeline's insistence in exchange for information on two men that were asking about him.

Fight or Flight
Oleg, Michael's landlord, asks him to help Cara, a waitress in one of his clubs, after she stops showing up for work. It turns out that Cara, a single mother, is being threatened after she witnessed a drug dealer brutally beat up a man. Michael then attempts to have Cara and her teenager daughter Sophie to move to Buffalo, New York. Thoough Cara agrees to the moving, Sophie refuses to leave town, as she feels unhappy of leaving everything behind that she knows, including a school prom that she wants to attend.

Old Friends
Michael's friend Bill asks for the spy's help in freeing his daughter from a prostitution ring. Meanwhile, Michael dodges multiple assassination attempts.

Family Business
Michael infiltrates a family of gunrunners who are pressuring an airport supervisor and his pregnant wife. Also, the FBI begins to put pressure on Sam to gather more information on Michael.

Unpaid Debts
Michael discovers a surprise aboard a boat he has retrieved from Jamaican gangsters. Meanwhile, a CSS (Central Security Service) agent urges Michael to stop his investigation into who burned him.

Broken Rules
Michael poses as a thief to infiltrate a crime gang who are terrorizing a local store owner.

Wanted Man
With Michael's assistance, Fiona helps a man who has been framed for the theft of an expensive broach.

Hard Bargain
A house-sitter's fiancée is kidnapped and held for ransom. Nick, the house-sitter, hires Michael to rescue her, since the kidnappers mistakenly believe Nick can afford to pay a $5 million ransom.

False Flag
Michael is hired to track down a woman's estranged husband, who has disappeared with their son. Michael soon finds himself pitted against somebody just as skilled and dangerous as he is.

Dead Drop
Sam works a case for a woman named Gillian, who's being blackmailed into using her security clearance to help smuggle heroin into the U.S.
Meanwhile, Michael attempts to arrange a meeting with the man who he believes burned him, Philip Cowan.

Loose Ends
Michael and Fiona work to rescue Sam from heroin smugglers, after Kent and Melissa's deal goes sour. Meanwhile, Michael attempts to evade the government agents who assassinated Philip Cowan.
