Francine is reprimanded by Mélanie for the aggressive way in which she responds to customers on social networks and has to deal with her keyboard rage problem. Mike acts as a motivator and tries to enlist his colleagues in his rather dubious motivational video service. And Benoît sets out to create viral content to attract younger employees, but he is not an influencer who wants to be!
