From deep-fried nachos supreme to juicy donut burgers served with a fried egg on top, Richie Farina thinks he has the skills and creativity to make carnival cuisine even more decadent and delicious. Throughout the eight half-hour episodes, Richie heads to some of the biggest fairs in Arizona, California and Nevada. At each one he has only 24 hours to come up with his own unique spin on the festival's most popular signature dish, before facing-off with the chef who created it. The one with the most crowd-pleasing dish will win the competition and earn a lifetime of bragging rights.

Brothers Brent and Juan Reaves have created a Texas-sized sensation with their "Deep-Fried Bacon Burger Dog Slider on a Stick" and now Richie has 24 hours to come up with his own version of their famous dish. A head-to-head cook-off is judged by real fairgoers and they decide whose burger is really better.
Duck, Duck...Sliders
Michelin-starred Chef Richie Farina hits the road in search of innovative culinary competitions, and he's found one at the Pima County Fair outside Tucson, Arizona. He takes on Dominic Palmieri's Duck Sliders with Flaming Hot Cheetos and Caramel Apple Slaw, served with a side of bacon fat tater tots. Richie has just 24 hours to come up with his own version of Dominic's crazy concoction before a head-to-head cook-off, judged by fairgoers, decides the winner.
We All Scream for Ice Cream! And Waffles!
Chef Richie Farina hits the road in search of cutting-edge culinary competition, and he's found it at the Great American Foodie Fest in Las Vegas, Nevada. He takes on Adam Terry of Waffle Love and his fluffy, ice cream-covered Dulce de Liege Waffle. Richie Farina hits the road to Southern California where he may have met his match at the San Bernardino County Fair. Jessica and Daniel Lopez of Orale Taco Grille created a Deep-Fried Quesadilla they call the "Queso Loco" and it's the food sensation of the fair. Now, Richie only has 24 hours to come up with his own version of their crazy concoction before battling it out in a head-to-head cook-off judged by fairgoers.
Frozen Treat Tag - You're It!
Richie Farina has found a dessert titan near the San Francisco Bay! Matt Holguin of Fabe's Churros and Gelato has taken over the Alameda County Fair with his Bacon Caramel Gelato Milkshake and now Richie has just 24 hours to come up with his own spin on that refreshing concoction. He'll then face a head-to-head cook-off where actual fairgoers will determine whose dessert is the best.
Donut Burger? Bombs Away!
Richie Farina has found an over-the-top burger battle at the Sacramento County Fair in Northern California! Al and Bobbie Sensano of Al's BBQ Pit created an all-out Asian-inspired assault on the senses with their "Kanak Attack" Burger that has people lining up to try it. Richie now has just 24 hours to make his own version of their burger before going to a competition judged by fairgoers.
Why'd the Chicken Sandwich Cross the Road?
Chef Richie Farina hits the Alameda County Fair near the San Francisco Bay for a cutting-edge culinary competition. Phil Delahoyde's "Captain's Chicken Sandwich" combines kids'-cereal-coated chicken and a spicy-sweet sauce into a top-selling fan favorite that Richie must recreate in less than 24 hours. Once he's perfected his own version, Richie will go head-to-head with the "Captain" to see whose food the fairgoers love the most.

Highway Thru Hell focuses on a team of drivers who work for Jamie Davis, along with several other heavy recovery operations fighting to keep the roads open in some of the most dangerous working conditions ever seen on TV. The Coquihalla and nearby highways through BC's Cascade Mountains have some of the most difficult and fast changing road conditions anywhere. When it's snowing hard up top on the summit of ‘The Coq', 1200 metres below its pounding rain in The Fraser Valley. The rugged terrain near Hope, British Columbia dishes out some of the most unique and challenging recovery jobs over steep cliffs, down deep ravines and even in bodies of water. Highway Thru Hell is ultimately a series about man versus Mother Nature and the toughest men in the towing business being pushed to their breaking point. The stakes are high - lives, the economy and thousands of jobs depend on the highways staying open, and the last line of defense is Heavy Rescue.
