In claiming victory, Trump said that "America has given us an unprecedented and powerful mandate." Caitlin Huey-Burns reports. Vice President Kamala Harris delivered a concession address Wednesday from her alma mater Howard University after she called President-elect Donald Trump and congratulated him on his victory. Harris told supporters she was "so proud of the race we ran and the way we ran it." Nancy Cordes reports from Washington. President-elect Donald Trump's victory saw him win support from many different demographics, while Vice President Kamala Harris lost support among Latino voters. Major Garrett digs into the numbers.
