In Romania, which shares a border with Ukraine, NATO is holding its largest combat exercises of the year. The drills come as European leaders are expressing rising concern over the military alliance's future amid President Trump's shifting U.S. foreign policy. Haley Ott reports. A new global assessment shows that the world's glaciers are melting faster in the last 10 years compared to the previous decade.
