Episode 1
Baz Ashmawy hosts a musical game show featuring some of the country's worst singers, all of whom hope to 'change their tune' and win an amazing cash prize. Five truly terrible singers perform a classic song for a live studio audience; after each ear-splitting performance, a curtain will fall and the singer will undergo weeks of training to try and improve their voice. Their transformation is revealed to the audience in an instant as they sing to win the show. Can any of them change their tune?

Episode 2
Dental nurse Allan wants to improve his singing and become the perfect dad, American-born Lolly has loved performing badly, swimming coach Jude has a truly terrible voice, tiler Marc struggles to stay in tune, and stay-at-home mum Kyrrie from Liverpool hopes to transform her voice and make her kids proud. Can any of them change their tune?

Episode 3
Health and safety manager Debra hopes that she will not have people running for the exits, primary school teacher James would love to teach his class and his own children that anything is possible and train up his terrible singing voice, 18-year-old Phoebe wants to avoid being laughed at during karaoke, hairdresser Karen drives her clients mad, and fitness coach Pedram wants to lose his accent and improve his vocals. Can any of them change their tune?

In this episode, police officer Jacqui commits a crime against music, 'speak singer' Matt looks to tune up his limited vocal talent, Salena would love nothing more than to change her tune so that she can prove to her kids that anything is possible, Deborah struggles to hit the high notes in her first performance, and 18-year-old A-level student Ilyas wants to surprise his family by transforming his terrible voice. Can any of them change their tune?

In this episode, Malcolm who sells waste disposal, hopes his rubbish first performance of You've Lost That Lovin' Feelin' will be able to be tuned up so he can fulfil his dream of singing at the Eurovision Song Contest.Barnsley FC fan Jenna is used to singing on the terraces but struggles to hit the right notes during her first performance of No One.Retail worker Sheila is the third contestant with a truly terrible singing voice, she'd love nothing more than to change her tune so she can sing at her local old people's homes. Saqib from Manchester adores his girlfriend and would love to be able to finally hit the high notes so he can serenade her. The final contestant is Lyn, who desperately wants to perfect her awful singing so she can perform for her fiancé at their upcoming wedding. Can any of them change their tune?

Episode 6
In this episode, Belinda from London wants to win the prize money so that she can finally move out of her mum's house, primary school teacher Andi aims to change her terrible singing voice in a short space of time, dad of two Terry is hoping to learn to sing to perform at his best friend's wedding, and student and self-confessed soft rock fan Mike performs the song Africa. Can any of them change their tune?
