With no plumbing in place, they start major building works to open as a B&B in four months' time. Edward and Anna expect 185 guests in their fairy-tale chateau, but things don't go to plan when the surrounding roads get closed for the weekend. Returner, DIY enthusiast Fiona continues to single-handedly restore her magnificent 12th century French castle into a high-end B&B but may have met her match when she's faced with stripping 1970s carpet off the entire first floor.
