Peoria: Cheap Old House Heaven
Ethan and Elizabeth head to historic Peoria, Ill., to explore an 1890s Queen Anne revival hiding original woodwork and windows; they check out a 1900s Dutch Colonial revival with pocket doors and visit a 1908 Tudor restored with modern design.

ITS.SO.OLD: Built in 1750
Ethan and Elizabeth Finkelstein hunt for properties to post on their Cheap Old Houses site in Upstate New York. They fall in love with a 1750 saltbox with a huge fieldstone chimney, a 1795 tavern with a 1970s renovation, and a restored 1865 Greek Revival.

A Midcentury Gem Under $150K
While visiting homes in Texas, Elizabeth and Ethan meet an owner who unearthed and restored an 1890s stone house from beneath a condemned building. They also explore an American Foursquare with a famous owner and find a home filled with midcentury gems.

Monster Midwest Mansions
Bigger is better in the Midwest as Ethan and Elizabeth fall for the ornate ceilings and rich woodwork in an 1800s mansion; they visit a 1902 schoolhouse with limitless possibilities and save the best for last with a lovingly saved 1800s manor.

Elizabeth and Ethan stop at an 1890s Queen Anne revival that has some subtle surprises; they explore an 1870s Italianate with lots of potential; they tour one of the most-remarkably saved Victorian homes they've seen.

From cozy cottages to stone farm houses, there's something for every Cheap Old House lover in Pennsylvania. While there, Elizabeth and Ethan visit an Arts and Crafts bungalow full of original tile and an 1880s home that just needs a little restoration.

A Whole Hotel for $8 a Square Foot
In North Carolina, Elizabeth and Ethan visit a Folk Victorian-style boutique hotel with all of its glorious vintage furniture included. Then, they check out a classic Colonial Revival with a massive wrap-around porch and a town's restored old train depot.

Cheap Old Barns and Ballrooms
In New York, Elizabeth and Ethan visit two 1800s-era homes whose unique features include a massive barn, formal ballrooms and historic landmark status. Then, they find out how a first-time homeowner turned a restored 1930s bungalow into his dream home.

The Cheapest Old House: $1!
Elizabeth and Ethan are on another trip across the country to see a restored church-turned-home that was purchased for just ONE dollar. On the way, they check out an iconic four-story tower in Ohio and massive 1880s Queen Anne Victorian in Pennsylvania.
