Spring is in the Air
It's Easter and they have to make thousands of seasonal treats to feed the insatiable appetites of their choccyholics! To add to the stress a last-minute order comes in to make Easter eggs for The Paul O'Grady Show. Then new recruit, Ben takes part in an Easter bonnet competition, wearing a hand-made chocolate bonnet. The only problem is with record temperatures it may melt! Back at studio, chief chocolatier Dave works on making a center piece for the Royal window.

Fun of the Fair
Chief Chocolatier Dave is in his element when he gets to make a vintage cake spectacular for fashion designer Wayne Hemingway. The cake is to be in the spotlight at Hemingway's vintage summer festival at the prestigious Royal Festival Hall. Not to be outdone in the party stakes, Christine decides it's time to have their own end of summer bash for their clients with a chocolate extravaganza at the end of the pier in Brighton. And trainee Rebecca's training period comes to an end with a make or break test.

Can't Stand the Heat
The temperature's rising and the pressures on for Choccywoccydoodah's creative team as The Observer Food Magazine commissions a tenth anniversary birthday cake for their front cover. Baker boy Jim, gets saddled with creating a cake for a race horse named after a certain Brighton chocolaterie. Christine weaves her magic making some new products to be taste tested by the public. But will the Queen of all things chocolate take on board what they have to say?

Eat Cake and Be Merry
The Choccywooccydoodah crew are creating two very festive cakes. First, there is a christening cake with a teddy bear on top. But can Chief Chocolatier Dave pull off the christening cake to boss Christine's high standards? Then, the team makes a giant Cinderella cake for the cast at the Theatre Royal in Brighton, England.

Special Delivery
The team at Choccywoccydoodah must build a fantastical cake for the 60th birthday of Irish Actress Victoria Smurfitt's mother. Later, the team makes a cake to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the best selling hard rock song ever, "Wheels of Steel" by the band Saxon. Shop Manager Gina delivers the cake all the way to Wales, where the band is playing at the "Hard Rock Hell" event!

Queen of Cakes
Big Boss Christine pushes the team to their limits as she creates their most extravagant Choccywoccydoodah summer window display ever. The theme is English Eccentrics and it's their biggest cake collection ever! Chief chocolatier Dave and his assistant Tom creatively get going, but when Christine's business partner discovers the scale and cost of the chocolate ambitions, she reaches melting point.

I Put a Spell on You
It's Halloween and the time of year when the team of chocolatier geniuses at Choccywoccydoodah come into their own. They unleash their eccentricity and create wondrous and terrifying chocolate masterpieces. The team creates an extravagant gothic horror inspired cake for rock legend Alice Cooper.

When Cupid Strikes
It's a nice day for a blood wedding when a coven of twisted wedding planners get a gory surprise after Boss Christine booby traps their cake for a glamorous photo shoot in a castle! Then there's a biker cake decorated with skulls for a couple who live to ride and prove that love thrives on the fringes. Trainee Rebecca gets tasked with making the flower of love, a rose. But when she finds it a thorny task she starts to worry that she may never have green fingers!
