Hannah Thomas catches up with the man who paid a pound to rent a million pound farm on the Great Orme, while Ruth Wignall meets a rose water producer in Monmouthshire. Plus, Huw Richards shares his thoughts on living off the land at his family's smallholding in Tregaron.

Made in Wales: Ruth Wignall meets a pair of artists who use their tranquil location on the River Teifi as inspiration for making stained glass. Andrew Price catches up with the Pembrokeshire man who's turning seaside debris into works of art, while Hannah Thomas visits a Radnorshire farm which developed a borehole into a multi-million pound business. We also meet a shepherdess with a passion for wool.

Ruth Wignall and Andrew Price see the sights and meet the people and animals involved in this year's Royal Welsh Show at Llanelwedd. Hannah Thomas samples the action from the main ring on cobs day, Ruth meets the girl guides helping visitors at the show, while Andrew is with two award winning angora goat breeders hoping for success this year.

Ruth Wignall and Andrew Price see the sights and meet the people involved in this week's Royal Welsh Show at Llanelwedd. Andrew is with the family of blacksmiths helping to keep the ancient craft alive, Ruth takes a look behind the scenes to find out how the animals are prepared for competition, while Hannah Thomas has the action from the shearing shed.

The Great Outdoors: Ruth Wignall and Andrew Price explore Wales and meet some of the country's most interesting characters. Andrew tries his hand at horseback archery and meets a group of fishermen using traditional lave nets on the River Severn. Ruth goes sheep trekking in the Brecon Beacons and enjoys a horse ride on Marros Sands beach in Carmarthenshire.

Caring for our Coast: Ruth Wignall meets a man who's travelling around the country with his dog cleaning up litter, and she spends a day with a volunteer Coastwatch team. Andrew Price meets a team of divers helping to clean up the sea off the coast of Pembrokeshire. He also joins in with national event recording the wildlife living in our waters.

Creative Cymru: Ruth Wignall meets a man who makes giant artwork patterns in the sand, while Andrew Price finds out what inspires gardening guru Huw Richards to get creative in the garden. Hannah Thomas meets a farmer who creates art inspired by her cattle and Rob Shelley finds out why a small coastal village in Gwynedd has become known for its knitting.

Mountain Highs. Andrew Price tackles Crib Goch - the most dangerous and challenging route up Mount Snowdon. Ruth Wignall finds out about first aid for dogs in the mountains and visits picturesque waterfalls near Betws-y-Coed. Meanwhile, Rob Shelley takes an autumn ride on the Snowdon Mountain Railway.

Tastes of Autumn. Andrew Price goes foraging for wild mushrooms in Rhayader while Ruth Wignall samples cider at an apple orchard near Pontypool. Hannah Thomas learns the art of making autumn chutney, while Huw Richards has the latest seasonal tips from his garden in Tregaron.

Autumn Sights. Ruth Wignall visits Aberglasney Gardens in Carmarthenshire to see a stunning display of autumn colour, while Rob Shelley takes in the views overlooking the Conwy Valley at Bodnant Garden. Andrew Price is spotting seal pups on Ramsay Island, while Hannah Thomas finds out why leaping salmon are now a much rarer sight.

The team celebrate Wales's ‘Year of Legends' by visiting some of our most legendary places.
Ruth Wignall explores the ruins of Pennard Castle on Gower, which is said to have been destroyed by fairies. Andrew Price investigates the myths surrounding St Govan's Chapel in Pembrokeshire while Rob Shelley sniffs out the tale of a Prince and his dog in Snowdonia.

Ruth meets a sand artist in Tenby who creates stunning patterns in the sand, and takes a ride on a speedboat off the coast of Milford Haven. Meanwhile, Andrew relives his Snowdonia mountain adventures and meets a team of scallop divers in Pembrokeshire.

The Traitors
Set in a remote castle in the Scottish Highlands and based on the wildly popular Dutch series of the same name, 5-time Emmy-nominated Alan Cumming plays host to twenty larger-than-life personalities (including reality A-listers and America's best game players) who come together to complete a series of challenges with the objective of earning a cash prize of up to $250,000. The catch? Three of the contestants coined "the traitors" will devise a plan to steal the prize from the other contestants coined "the faithful".
