Japanese people have used bamboo for various daily necessities from long ago and have smacked their lips at bamboo shoot dishes. However, other countries don't use bamboo as much as Japan does. Is Japanese bamboo, which is used for various things and whose taste is savored, cool? We search for cools in the bamboo culture rooted in Japan from the perspective of foreigners.
