Episode 1
Housing officer Charmain helps a man who has lost his key, deals with a window cleaner performing a high-wire act and worries about a vulnerable resident who is not answering his door. Andy from pest control tackles an empty flat with a fridge full of cockroaches.

Episode 2
Housing officer Cheryl is chasing down a tenant who owes more than £10,000 in rent. She suspects he could be subletting but needs to be sure before she begins the eviction process. Pest controller Andy climbs into a loft space that has been invaded by pigeons, which can cause enormous damage, and an elderly woman with cancer is desperate for her and her husband to find somewhere better than the unsuitable bedsit they currently call home.

Episode 3
The officers tackle fly-tipping, including 40 tons of rubbish dumped on council land that had been cleared for building new homes. An ageing estate is planned for demolition, meaning 10,000 residents are moving - but it's a sad day for many, including a couple leaving their family home of 50 years. And hoarding manager Laurna helps a scholar whose thousands of books have overtaken his home.

Episode 4
Andy and Wayne tackle a huge rat infestation in a derelict shop. When retired shipbuilder Mr Holland takes a tumble, Charmain helps him plan a makeover of his home.

Episode 5
Andy and Wayne tackle rats in pipes and squirrels in attics. Emergency officer - and 'Bermondsey bird' - Angela helps 85-year-old Betty and her husband Fred, who first met in 1952.

Episode 6
Yvonne, who's 70, has lost her job and the home that came with it, and desperately needs a roof over her head. As the coronavirus strikes, Andy delivers food to vulnerable people.
