An irate resident of Omaha, Nebraska, intentionally strides through freshly poured cement, much to the frustration of the cement truck driver. In Miami, Florida, a disruptive passenger who refuses to switch seats on a commercial flight causes turbulence even before takeoff. Down south in Naples, Florida, a self-styled "cart narc" is on a mission to publicly shame shoppers who leave their carts in the parking lot - but one harried women doesn't take too kindly to his antics.
