Victor and Angel, the dance coaches of Stars Dance Studio, begin the dance season with a funky jazz number. But Victor falls ill and leaves all the coaching to Angel while dance mom Susan encourages her daughter Jessi.

Moms Making Waves
Victor and Angel make Lucas the star of this week's group performance, but dance mom Susan's outbursts put a damper on the whole studio. Meanwhile, Hannah and Sammy both have solos and must work to prove themselves as featured dancers.

Don't Judge Me
Angel and Victor create a powerful group number based on the kids' uncertainties. And while the kids face their self-doubts, the tables suddenly turn when dance moms Brigette and Susan side with dance mom Abby and they all turn on the other mother, Debi.

Your Duet Can Take a Bow
Hannah and Sammy are paired in a duet that brings out issues between the girls and their moms. Kimmy is faced with her biggest challenge yet, portraying a sinister character in her solo performance.

Don't Take That Tone with Me
The moms begin to lose trust in Victor and Angel's methods and dance mom Susan worries that Victor's choreography for Jessi's solo is too artistic, causing mother and daughter to squabble. Meanwhile, Victor begins to doubt his mother Mayra's ability to keep the moms in line.

Pushed to the Edge of the Dance Floor
Stars Dance Studio's best dancers Sammy and Jessi are paired with Hannah in a trio, but when rehearsals run long, dance mom Abby breaks the rules and pulls Sammy from practice early. Dance mom Susan is upset and after several heated matches pushes Abby to her boiling point.

No One Like a Quitter
With no sign of Abby or Sammy, the moms assume they have quit the Stars dance team for good. But when the pair surprises the group with their return, the other dance moms go on the offensive blaming Abby and Sammy for their lack of team spirit.

Move Over, I'm the Star
Stars Dance Studio's dance mom Leonora and her popular daughter Mia join the competition team ruffling the feathers of all the other moms. And when Mia is given extra attention by the instructors, the moms go off the deep end.

Each week on Naked and Afraid, a new pair of complete and total strangers - one man and one woman - will find themselves stranded in and, quite literally, exposed to one of the world's most extreme weather environments. This duo will be left high and dry with no food, no water... and no clothes. They must survive on their own for a full 21 days, with nothing but one personal item each and the knowledge that the only prize is their pride and sense of accomplishment.
