Lutgard en Margot
Margot, the new girlfriend of Stefaan, and her mother Lutgard where babysitting Roos when Roos was attacked with a piece of broken glass. The defense is very hard on them. There seems to be much more behind the story they tell. Delphine is worried, because her children are also with a babysit. Something goes wrong and Delphine will have to explain it to her husband.

Cleo en Jutta
The statements of the medical expert and the alienist bring forward material evidence. Both Frie and Stefaan undergo a lie detector test and the results are remarkable. During a filmed reconstruction of the facts, the jury see how Palmers collapses at Roos her bed. The jury members have doubts. Delphine's husband doesn't allow her to be with her children anymore. Noël offers her a place to stay.

Because of the testimonies of the defense it turns out that the alibi of Stefaan De Munck for the night his daughter was attacked, isn't correct. The President of the Court decides to call him again as a witness. Joeri has moral dilemmas. He doesn't think he's qualified to be a jury-member. Holly tries to give him some courage and tells him a secret she has carried with her for a long time now.

Today the twelve members of the jury head a tough task. They deliberate the guilt of Frie Palmers in the double murder she's been for on trial. The discussions go head to head and some jury-members are diametrically opposed. They build their opinion on their experiences from the last few weeks. When the verdict is announced, there is absolute silence in court. The jury members realize the impact the trial had on their lives.
