Game Night Munchies
It's "game on!" when Tiffani Thiessen invites friends Ross Mathews, Jillian Barberie and Tim Meadows over for a fun game night. Tiffani prepares an array of finger foods perfect for keeping your hands free for games but also to satisfy your appetite. Roasted Dates stuffed with Goat Cheese and Smoked Bacon, a Mushroom, Leek and Prosciutto Pizza, and Ahi Tuna Poke are on the menu, along with Peanut Butter Chocolate Bites for dessert. Plus, Meyer Lemon and Thyme Whisky Sour cocktails ensure that everyone has a great time.
Girls Night In
Girls just want to have fun, so Tiffani Thiessen is bringing Elizabeth Berkley and Emily Procter over to the house for some delicious dinner and, of course, drinks! Tiffani will be making Grilled Ciabatta with Ricotta and Snap Peas, Roasted Chicken with Orange Glaze, Roasted Asparagus, and an Orzo Salad with Corn, Arugula and Cherry Tomatoes. To top it off, a sweet, pink and bubbly Watermelon-Champagne Cocktail.
Big Ol' Texas Feast
Nothing says Texas like barbecue and that's exactly what Tiffani Thiessen brings to the table for her White Collar co-stars Sharif Atkins, Tim DeKay and Willie Garson. Tequila Peach Tea, Pimento Cheese Spread and fall-from-the-bone BBQ Ribs that have been rubbed and sauced go with Southern Greens done with bacon and a spicy vinaigrette. To finish off the meal, Tiffani brings in one of her favorite pecan pies to top with her Homemade Vanilla Bean Whipped Cream.
Bubbly Brunch
Dinner at Tiffani's is about to get even better with her good friends Bree Turner, Lance Bass and his husband, Michael Turchin and, of course, breakfast! It's never too late for Bacon, especially when it's coated in a Maple Fennel Glaze, or a Goat Cheese and Red Pepper Frittata, and a light Plum Caprese Salad. Plus, every brunch needs bubbles so Tiffani's pairing all of this with one of her favorite cocktails, a Cranberry Prosecco Fizz.
Wedding Night Favorites
Love is in the air as Jason and Naomi Priestley join Tiffani Thiessen and her husband, Brady, for a menu torn from the pages of their own fairy tales! Arugula Salad with White Truffle Oil, Marcona Almonds and Shaved Parmesan, plus juicy Cast Iron Steak Filets with Roasted Shallots are served with Roasted Potatoes. For a twist on dessert, Tiffani says "I do" to an elaborate cheese plate with all the pairings.
Pizza Party
Tiffani Thiessen's making some incredible pizzas from scratch with funny man Seth Green and his wife, Clare Grant. Who doesn't love a good old fashioned pizza party especially when the menu has Potato and Goat Cheese Pizza with Caramelized Onions, a Ricotta Arugula pizza with Lemon and Grapes and, lastly, a Fig and Prosciutto Pizza with gooey Blue Cheese? Plus, a light drink to wash that all down -- Blood Orange Soda Sangria.
Come in for Comfort Food
Cozying up with old friends Bill Bellamy, Mario Lopez and his wife, Courtney, Tiffani Thiessen is bringing out some of her comfort food favorites! Who doesn't love a gooey Grilled Cheese with Caramelized Onions, especially when you can dip it in a big bowl of Homemade Roasted Tomato Soup? Plus, Tiffani is making Popcorn coated in rich peanut butter, caramel and chocolate. Don't forget the cocktail -- a refreshing Rosemary Greyhound!
All in the Family
White Collar co-star Tim DeKay and his family join Tiffani Thiessen and her family, for a family-style feast. Tiffani prepares a kid-friendly menu that even the adults love. Watermelon Salad with Fresh Mint and Feta Cheese, a Pickle and Potato Salad, and tender and crispy Fried Chicken are served before clearing the table for dessert- Root Beer Floats with Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream.
Going Old School
Tiffani Thiessen is bringing in her friends Ashley Williams and Matthew Lillard for a feast just like mama used to make but with some new twists! Nothing says classic like juicy Braised Tri-Tip Roast, fresh Parmesan Peas and Honey Sesame Carrots along with a dessert favorite from Tiffani's childhood, Cream Cheese Pie. These dishes have been passed on from generation to generation for a reason!
That Girl Grills
The heat is on and Tiffani Thiessen, along with her husband, Brady, is ready to grill out with their friends Jonathan Silverman and Jennifer Finnigan. The twist? Tiffani is going light with fresh Grilled Trout stuffed with Lemon and Herbs and Grilled Corn with Spicy Mayo. She cools it down with a Cucumber, Watermelon and Mint Gazpacho and S'mores in a Jar. Plus, a refreshing Bourbon Strawberry Lemonade to toast this amazing feast.
