The case of 19-year-old Ginni Wood and her friend Kelly Gaskins who vanished in Texas during March 2007. A third person, Kelly's boyfriend Ervin Williams, also went missing. He was wanted by the police in Beaufort County, North Carolina, on several drug charges.
Dancing into Darkness
The disappearance of reporter, part-time dancer and single mother Susan Walsh, who vanished from outside her New Jersey home in 1996, leaving her son behind.
Crime & Punishment
The case of Felipe Santos, who vanished in 2003 after police in Naples, Florida, caught him driving illegally. The investigation became more complicated a year later when Terrance Williams vanished from the same area in identical circumstances.
Wrong Side of the Tracks
The case of 51-year-old trucking company manager Jackie Markham who vanished in December 2000. Detectives found her Florida home undisturbed with her car in the garage. Her purse was later located in a ditch in a rough neighbourhood, but then the trail ran cold.
Daddy's Girl
The case of 19-year-old Danice Day, whose remains were found inside a submerged barrel in Lyman Lake, Arizona, in 2009, seven years after she went missing.
Last Call
The case of Allison Foy, who went missing in July 2006 after drinks with friends at a bar in North Carolina. Investigators contemplated whether the 34-year-old was trying to escape her stormy marriage or abducted by a predator. The mystery of her disappearance ended two years later when her remains were found in woodland close by the body of another murder victim, but no one was detained in connection with her death.
Hometown Hero
The case of US Army veteran and mother-of-three Margaret Haddican-McEnroe, who disappeared from her New Jersey home in October 2006 leaving her five-month-old baby in its cot.
A Soldier's Story
The case of former marine Noah Pippin, who vanished in September 2010 after driving a rental car to the Marshall Wilderness in north-west Montana, where witnesses reported seeing him in an apparently aggitated state with minimal equipment. The Iraq War veteran's remains were found two years later in the Burnt Creek area.
Into the Bayou
The story of 21-year-old Clinton Nelson, who went missing in September 2006 after heading to Louisiana to get to know his biological father and take a job in the oilfields.
Little Girl Lost
The case of missing mother-of-three Joey Lynn Offutt, who vanished after an argument with her on-and-off boyfriend in July 2007. Her home was burnt to the ground, from which the remains of six-week-old son were recovered. But Joey and her car were nowhere to be seen.
The Vortex
The case of avid scuba diver Ben McDaniel, who in August 2010, slipped beneath the clear waters of Vortex Spring, Florida, intent on making a name for himself in the extreme world of cave diving. However, he was never seen again. The caves are known to have claimed the lives of other divers, but Ben's body was never recovered.

The case of University of Albany student Suzy Lyall, who failed to return to her dorm room after working the night shift at a computer store in 1998.
Too Young For Love
The case of 15-year-old Chioma Gray, who ran away to Mexico with adult lover Andrew Tafoya in December 2007. She was reunited with her family in 2011, and the following year Tafoya was convicted of her abduction. At the trial her mother Francine Black claimed she had been brainwashed, while Chioma requested her husband receive a reduced sentence to allow him to fulfil his dream to be a pastor.
Footprints in the Sand
The case of 24-year-old escort Shannan Gilbert, who went missing in December 2010 after last being seen running frantically down a roadway. Her skeletal remains were later found in marshland.
Just a Nice Guy
The case of 18-year-old Zebb Quinn, who went missing in January 2000 shortly after completing his shift at a supermarket in Asheville, North Carolina.
Hard Life in the Big Easy
The case of 39-year-old Dana Pastor, who disappeared in 2002 after telling friends she had decided to leave her adopted home town of New Orleans. When Hurricane Katrina struck in 2005, her mummified corpse was discovered in a wooden trunk.
Missing by Design
The case of interior designer William 'Billy' McGrath, a self-made millionaire, who went missing in August 2009. His body was located two years later, buried under a house, some months after handyman Brad Tocker had been arrested on suspicion of fraud and identification theft.
