Stéphane Pouliot and Jeff Morin, an investigator specializing in the fight against organized crime, must intervene in a domestic dispute between repeat offender Guillaume Prévost, whom Jeff knows well, and his wife Sylvia.

The murder case of kingpin Alex Vadnais comes to the surface. Isabelle is in hot water again for having received Mélissa's confidences. Should she have reported her young colleague?

Cédric Bouffard, a lawyer and his partner, Amélie Benoit called the emergency services after finding Olivier, their three-year-old son unconscious in the basement. Doctors who confirmed the death at the hospital suspect a suspicious death.

Martine confirms that little Olivier died of asphyxiation. The parents are summoned and they appear with their lawyer, Me Sigouin. Worried about Isabelle, Stéphane invites Daniel to have a beer to talk about it in an informal setting.

While Bruno inquires about Patrick's morale a few months after Nadine's death, Morgane receives a visit from Julie Benoit who tells her that her daughter didn't come home.
