Tunnel
Matti Petzold urgently needs his father Joachim's bone marrow donation. But he had an accident and was trapped in his car waiting for rescue. Matti is running out of time. Meanwhile, Ms. Karst, who was also involved in the traffic accident in the tunnel, is admitted to the clinic. The hematomas on her body make Dr Mark Schilling suspicious - they can't possibly be from this accident.

Emmi and Fabian are really looking forward to their first child when the baby is diagnosed with a serious genetic defect. Emmi and Fabian have to make a serious decision. Friedrich Bruch, who had recently collapsed, left the clinic after there were problems with his insurance card. Dr. Ballouz makes a threatening discovery on Bruch's x-ray and goes looking for him.

The eight-year-old home child Leon urgently needs heart surgery, but he doesn't want to have the operation. Dr. Schilling tries to find access to him. But Leon trusts no one. The seriously ill Christian hopes for reconciliation with his brother Ben. But Christian doesn't want anything to do with him after Christian's sudden departure from the shared organic farm a few years earlier.

The seriously injured father Filip suddenly shows signs of a heart attack after falling through a glass roof. Will Dr Ballouz find the cause in time? Ms. Karst is admitted to the clinic with new hematomas. Apparently she was beaten up by her husband again. Sister Carla tries to gain access to Ms. Karst and confides a secret to her.

When Lilly tries to downplay her cuts and doesn't want her mother to be contacted, Dr Barbara Forster becomes skeptical. Did Lilly incur the wounds on purpose? Stine is worried about her friend Thomas, who is taken to the clinic seriously injured after a climbing accident. She wants to be by his side, but actually she has to go home urgently. As a result of the accident, Stine is faced with a dramatic decision.

The admitted coma patient Alexander not only has the same birthday as Sister Beate's lost son Tobi, he also looks similar to Tobi's father. Is he really her son? Dr Barbara Forster diagnoses a tumor on Luzia's uterus. She and her partner Rob really wanted to have a child together. Fertility-preserving therapy could make this possible.
