America
The pair start their travels in America, where the legal drinking age of 21 is the highest in the world, and Dom has a hallucinatory experience after tasting the Deep South's finest moonshine.

Russia
Dom Joly and Pete Wilkins' booze-fuelled adventure takes them to Russia, and the pair soon learn what it takes to fit into a society where 80 per cent of the world's vodka is consumed. After downing their drinks in a toast, they grill a spirits tycoon on the effect of his work on the country's youth, perform a morris dance, and meet a naked hairdresser and some sexy scientists.

Mexico
The prankster travels across Mexico in style with friend Pete Wilkins and a pint of pulque - the undistilled sap of the agave plant. After helping some farmers hack up a specimen for brewing, he samples the results with a member of the country's tequila mafia, as well as trying his luck in a local rodeo, learning drinking songs, and meeting a peyote shaman.

Australia
The Australian leg of the journey kicks off in Melbourne, where Dom Joly and Pete Wilkins witness a sophisticated side to drinking down under, tasting New World wines at the races. In the Outback, the pair sample local beer round the campfire as a reward for catching a 10ft crocodile.

Europe
The worldwide binge continues, taking Dom Joly and Pete Wilkins to Europe. The pair taste Belgian beer, soak in a lager-filled spa, and toast the beginning of a shift with factory workers in Prague, where the price of a pint is the equivalent of 30 pence. They also try to write poetry under the influence of absinthe, and set aside a sober moment to race on Formula One racing track the Nurburgring.

India
The worldwide booze cruise comes to an end in India, where Dom Joly and Pete Wilkins learn that social drinking is a growing trend, and meet a figure known as the Champagne King in his chateau in the Maharashtran hills. In Goa, the pair don hippie disguises to investigate the hedonistic lifestyle of the locals and learn that alcohol has a religious importance.

Eighteen to twenty castaways will compete against each other on Survivor. All castaways will compete to outwit, outplay, outlast and ultimately be crowned Sole Survivor.

The Institute
