The Family Gorgeous hope to inject a dose of fabulous into the lives of three people in Ipswich. Since he left school, 18-year-old Brandon has been working alongside his father and brother at a bottle factory, but he hopes that, by finding his drag queen alter ego, he'll also find the confidence to pursue his dream job as a police dog handler. Cafe owner Anna wants to express her love for her husband Cliff, who has been diagnosed with cancer, while Yvonne is worried about her husband Steve, a farmer who looks after livestock and has become increasingly tired and grumpy.

Scarborough
The Family Gorgeous meet three people who need drag-queen therapy in Scarborough. They include 40-year- old fitness instructor Mark, whose wife Laura wants him to learn not to be such a control freak. Also taking part are David, 33, who has spent much of his life looking after his unwell mother and feels he's missed out on trying the adventurous things in life.

Caerphilly

Dudley
The team surprises 20-year-old Dudley resident Dominique. She was bullied at school, and her self-confidence is low. But as she's transformed into an intergalactic space queen on the outside, the queens are surprised by what Dominique can unleash from the inside. The Family Gorgeous also help Jacob, 20, who recently came out to his family, and Alison, an isolated 61-year-old trans woman.

Preston
The Family Gorgeous put on a show in Preston, recruiting three more local people to perform. The family comes to the aid of a former dancer recovering from a back injury whose mother believes would benefit from getting back on stage, a man suffering from anxiety, and a divorcee with low confidence in her appearance who has not worn a dress since her wedding.
