Caoimhe Ní Chathail and Proinsias Ó Coinn are on a mission to get us thinking differently about our wardrobes, challenging four fashionistas to alter their shopping habits, supporting them in reducing, reusing and recycling their clothes. Caoimhe visits the home of childcare worker Grace, who cannot stop herself from constantly buying new clothes. To help combat these habits, Caoimhe and her helpers confiscate her clothes for further analysis, leaving Grace with just 15 items of clothing for a fortnight. And to make things more challenging, she is also on a shopping ban. There is a team of experts on hand to help, which includes seamstress Bronagh Crothers and fashion psychologist Dr Dion Terrelonge. Bronagh has some key skills to teach Grace when it comes to altering her clothes, and Dion tries to help her resist the urge to shop mindlessly online.

Maedhbh

To help combat these habits, Caoimhe and her helpers confiscate her clothes for further analysis, leaving Maedhbh with just 15 items of clothing for a fortnight. And to make things more challenging, she s also on a shopping ban. There is a team of experts on hand to help, which includes fashion psychologist Dr Dion Terrelonge and costume designerv Moya Doogan. Dion tries to help Maedhbh with her impulsive shopping habits, and Moya hopes to show Maedhbh how to shop her own wardrobe.

Dónall

Caoimhe heads to Cobh, Co Cork to meet Dónall, who has turned online shopping into an expensive habit for himself. New clothes give him real satisfaction, but can Caoimhe and Proinsias show him that he can get the same buzz from other hobbies than shopping? To help combat his habits, Caoimhe and her helpers confiscate his clothes for further analysis, leaving Dónall with just 15 items of clothing for a fortnight. And to make things more difficult, he is also on a shopping ban. The team is also joined by fashion psychologist Dr Dion Terrelonge, who tries to help Dónall get a handle on his fast-fashion shopping.

Emma
