Nish Kumar joins Nick in London for a Brexit-defying continental feast! The pair enjoy Italian, Portuguese and Polish nosh on their jaunt round the capital.

Peckham
Nick attempts to get as far away from his ex as possible by house hunting in Peckham, where he stops off with his estate agent at bao bun eatery, the aptly named Mr Bao, followed by tapas at the aptly named Miss Tapas. Nick rounds off his day by popping in unannounced at his Uncle co-star Daisy Haggard's house to help spice up her day and crumble she's making.

Essex
Nick decides to get out of his comfort zone and travels to rural Essex for a farm to fork experience. He grinds his own meat and invents his own brand of sausages at Meatline butchers, takes on double world record holder and award-winning turkey farmer Paul Kelly in a turkey plucking and carving challenge before ending his day hunting rabbits for a rabbit stew. But will he be able to go through with it?

Soho
Nick Helm is in his spiritual home of Soho for a fried chicken breakfast with comedian Lloyd Griffith. Then its onto his favourite ramen bar, Bone Daddies, before meeting up with Sherlock's Amanda Abbington for soup dumplings in Chinatown. The day ends with a long queue at Soho's latest food sensation Bubblewrap for desert.

Wales
Nick and David Trent go camping for the weekend at Machfest. In between gigs, Nick finds time for a vegan street food platter with Rhod Gilbert, a visit to a Willy Wonka style sweet shop, breakfast with Mike Bubbins and the stand–up tradition of a curry from the only curry house in Machynlleth, the Taj Mahal.

Notting Hill
Nick Helm bumps into Crazyhead star Susan Wokoma on the way to the same audition in Notting Hill and the pair arrange to catch up over Austrian Tapas at Kipferl, Mexican tacos from Taquieria and jerk chicken burgers at Boom Burger. Nick ends his day at a donut stall.

Glasgow
Nick is joined by fellow stand up Ed Gamble and after an irn-bru pulled pork sandwich cooked by Danny ‘Mad Chef' McLaren Nick gets competitive they are taught how to make sushi at Nippon kitchen. There's still time to sample some traditional Scottish delicacies haggis, black pudding and cullen skink and deep fried pizza.

Borough
In the first of the double-bill it's moving day for Nick Helm and he's ready for the next chapter in his life as he spends the day in Borough Market near his new flat. His first meal of the day is the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich and raclette followed by the ultimate roast beef burger at Roast, where he meets up with Borough resident Evelyn Mok. After a food dash around the market there's just time for a pulled pork and crackling sarnie before Nick heads to the pub for a drink with all the people he's met.

Final Feast
It's the end of the series and Nick has a house warming party to celebrate. He's cooking a meat feast inspired by the food he has eaten across the series: pulled spicy ginger wine gammon with Amaretto, Mexican beer-blackened roast chicken, paella with crispy fried jerk rabbit, sausages and a few salads. But really, it's all just a ruse as he's met a new girl and doesn't want her to think he's got no friends. But will she turn up?
