Hugo, el nuevo profesor de Educación Física, llega al internado para echar una mano a su amigo Héctor. Además, Amelia le revelará a Héctor que existe un tratamiento experimental para su enfermedad, que resulta ser la misma que tiene su hermano. También María tiene problemas de salud e incluso ha sufrido un desmayo. Hace días que no se encuentra bien pero lo que realmente ha acabado con sus nervios ha sido enterarse de que alguien le ha dicho a Iván que ella es su madre. Los chicos recopilan pruebas y buscan un buen escondite para guardarlas hasta que acabe el curso y puedan dárselas a la policía. Marcos se queda de piedra al enterarse de que los demás no quieren contarle cuál será el escondite mientras siga con Amelia, de quien todos los demás desconfían. Por si esto fuera poco, Noiret insistirá en su acoso a los chicos, convencido de que tienen los papeles que ocultó Toni, sometiéndoles a todo tipo de castigos para que confiesen. Amelia teme que Fermín cuente a sus jefes que fue ella quien le salvó en la sala del tesoro. Decide hablar con él y se queda aún más sorprendida al comprobar que Fermín sabe toda su historia, lo de su hermano, lo del chantaje, todo. El cocinero, sin embargo, está más preocupado por las investigaciones de Rebeca, que ha sorprendido a los chicos saliendo de la ermita y está segura de que allí encontrará nueva información.
